Week 6

Happy Monday. Welcome to week six and it’s your peak week short one today.

For me because you already know what you’re doing, you’re crushing it. I trust you’re training flying, food’s going great. This week is about just repeating those things okay. Enjoying what you’ve learned so far, enjoying the new habits you’ve got. The new routine you’ve got and just continuing that on to peak this Saturday.

Now. This Saturday we have strength testing. Make sure you book into those classes okay. We want to come in see how much you improved on all those big lifts, and get that real fulfilling feeling. Your photos. Your measurements. See all your hard work finding paper.

As I said short one that’s it. So make sure you’re booking in Saturday. Get in those classes. Get your photos. Get your measurements done. So you can just enjoy your weekend coming up and celebrate your success!
